Eindhoven, December 15th – EyeOn announces that, as of January 1, 2026, founder Freek Aertsen will step back from his day-to-day activities within the company. After 26 years of shaping and growing EyeOn, Freek will continue to support the organization in a new role as Founder & Strategic Advisor to the Board.
What started as a bold idea
Freek founded EyeOn together with Loek Lemmens and Andries Mulder, later joined by André Vriens. What began as a bold idea has grown into a strong and respected company in supply chain planning and forecasting. Under his leadership, EyeOn built its unique culture, a talented and dedicated team, and long-lasting partnerships with customers around the world.
With this transition, the EyeOn Leadership Team, led by CEO Ralph Janssens, will guide the company into its next phase of development. Ralph and Freek have worked closely together to build an EyeOn that is ready for the future.

In his new role, Freek will focus on long-term strategic topics in the supply chain domain, thought leadership around decision intelligence and AI, and on setting up an advisory board that will support EyeOn’s continued future growth ambitions.
